Price Range Methodology

The calculator provides three pricing tiers to give you negotiation flexibility:

LOW
75% of calculated price. Minimum acceptable rate for new brand relationships, high-volume deals (5+ posts), or when starting out. Don't go below this unless strategically valuable.
MID
100% of calculated price. Standard rate for most brand deals. Start negotiations here. This is your baseline fair market value based on the formula.
HIGH
125% of calculated price. Premium brands, urgent requests, complex creative briefs, or when you have strong leverage. Justify with portfolio quality and past campaign results.

Negotiation Strategy: Always start at the MID price. If brands push back, you have room to go to LOW. If they accept immediately, you could have charged HIGH. Track your acceptance rate – if it's above 80%, you're underpricing.

Yearly Earnings Projection

Yearly Flat Earnings = Per Post Price × Posts Per Month × 12
Yearly Growth Earnings = Sum of (Monthly Price × 1.05^month)

Flat Pricing Scenario:

Assumes your rate stays constant all year. Conservative estimate, good for stable accounts. Most influencers see some growth, so this is your minimum expectation.

5% Monthly Growth Scenario:

Simulates follower/engagement growth and rate increases. Each month's price is 5% higher than the previous month. Realistic for growing influencers who are actively increasing audience and raising rates. Fast-growing accounts may exceed this.

Note on Posting Frequency: Most full-time influencers do 4-8 sponsored posts per month. More than 8 can hurt engagement as your audience may feel oversaturated with ads. Balance sponsored content with organic posts.
